Jermaine Jackson: Muslims are “the new Negroes in America”
Jermaine made the above comment on foreign soil - in the Middle East, no less - in Manama, Bahrain. I suppose Jermaine's view is that American Muslims must be horrified that, in the past decade, America and its allies have liberated well over 50 million Muslims in former Yugoslavia, and in Kuwait, Afghanistan, and Iraq. Thousands of American troops have died trying to liberate Muslims from dictatorial regimes - including during the infamous fire fight in Mogadishu. Indeed, if one didn't know better, America's number one foreign policy priority would appear to be "conquer dictatorships in distant lands to aid Muslims who usually hate us anyway." I guess Jermaine's comments are consistent with the "usually hate us anyway" part. This is a duplicate of the original post on the nikita demosthenes website. Posted by: Cranial at April 21, 2004 08:56 PM Oh, please. Jermaine is just trying to be relevant again.
Posted by: gus3 at April 22, 2004 04:30 PM gus3, when was jermaine ever relevant? Actually aside from mikey and (sort of) the two sisters none of them have ever really been relevant. To be honest the exposed nipple thing is the only serriously relevant act any of the sisters have done and thats only because it set progressive media back 50 years near instantaniously (no small feat!). Posted by: Ronin at April 23, 2004 01:08 PM "Thousands of American troops have died trying to liberate Muslims from dictatorial regimes" thats the biggest load of crap i've heard in years... The only reason they are fighting over there is because they want to protect American intrests... "Muslims who usually hate us anyway" that is a very ignorant thing to say but hey i don't blame you guys for not knowing the truth after all trailer park trash are always ignorant. Posted by: gus3 at April 26, 2004 10:48 PM How many of you folks out there would be willing to take a polygraph on your opinions and beliefs on African Americans. During the 1930s and 1940s the nazis propaganda did everything to rationalize their evil hatred of Jews. I am a Jew, and I have heard all life my life and have seen evils in America toward African Americans. Get real, nazis-like hatred and evil and reprehensible actions towards African Americans is a way of life in America. In my research on hate crimes, I have discovered that too many white people really don't believe they are superior to African Americans, on the contrary, they believe and feel inferior to African Americans. This belief by whites of their inferiority to African Americans has resulted in envy and jealousy of African Americans which are the seeds of their hatred of African Americans.
