North Korea will not conduct a Nuclear Test until they first Test a missile that can reach the West Coast. Thus in their mind a deterrent.
If we attack now, the only cost will be a destroyed Seoul. Later, and Honolulu will be the preferred " Last act of Defiance" Target.
We have 30000 troops in Korea, we requested the same amount from S Korea for Iraq. They Sent 3000. We should send the additional 27000 from our Korean Forces. This is the perfect excuse to pull our troops from Korea. This would allow us to make the pending confrontation a war of Buttons not Bullets.
