Lashkar-e-Toiba leader urges jehad against India

UNI

Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) chief Hafiz Saeed has said jehad against India is paramount as the country is a ''threat'' to world peace.

''India only understands the language of jehad. It has never been sincere in resolving the Kashmir issue,'' Saeed was quoted as saying by the 'Friday Times'.

Propagating suicide bombing as the best form of 'jehad' against the 'oppressors', he said the powerful western world is terrorising Muslims and there was no other way to respond to them.

suicide bombing is pointless. On the global scale it is little more effective than breaking into world leader's houses and short sheeting their beds. Truely pointless. Generally suicide bombs are met with massive retaliation. "We killed 3 of the ____ scum!" and then 20 or 30 people involved in the organization get arrested or taken out. Truely pointless. One intelegent outspoken leader would be worth a hundred, a thousand sucide bombers. Terror doesn't win wars. You want to change the world, change it's mind. Blowing yourself and one or two, or even a hundred other people changes nothing, it just tightens the resolve of your enemies.
