BREAKING: Man Arrested In Whitehall

Listening to BBC radio live: Armed police rushed out of police cars toward a man who was standing outside the Ministry of Defense at Whitehall, not far from Downing Street. He has been arrested. This has just happened in the past few moments. Man appears to have been Asian or Middle-Eastern.

He looked pakistani/indian from what I saw.
He was dressed in black with a black rucksack. When police asked everyone to move away from the area he refused and got a bit stroppy. Probably not the wisest thing to do, but apparently his only crime.

Fecking maroon!
