When the "security fence" becomes an international border, attacks like this can receive an Israeli response with as much destructive power necessary to defend its citizens, leveling entire Palestinian villages if necessary for each single Kassam, with impunity granted by international law under the aegis of article 51 of the UN Charter.

They don't much care about the UN anyway, so if they were going to create a bloodbath, they could do it at any time.
