I'd agree with Bulgarian to some point (most of us can understand Bulgarian, but when it comes to speaking and writing... it's not so bright; but Bulgarians also understand Macedonian, so we can understand each other in a conversation - it's not a problem) , but (unfortunately) Greek is not a strong side for most of the Macedonians. And it's not a Slavic language, as are Macedonian, Bulgarian and Serbo-croatian.
But, you missed to mention Serbian (and Croatian). I'd say that 99% of the Macedonian population speaks Serbian fluently.
