MuslimPundit: Stupidity, Thy Name is Abu Hamza Al-Misri

This is priceless. MuslimPundit isn't exactly happy about having to share his residence in the British Isles with the likes of hate-spewing jihadis like Abu Hamza. The good news is, he may not have to much longer. Or as Adil puts it: Stupidity, Thy Name is Abu Hamza Al-Misri....

"When he isn't inciting supporters to combat their humiliation with arms and martyrs (and then accidentally blowing his own limbs off with home-made explosives), Abu Hamza "Captain Hook" al-Misri casts a blind eye to the resolve of those "soft, weak" Brits who do not subscribe to his mad delusions of grandeur:

"Hamza is said to have been so convinced by a British undercover investigator posing as an extremist website operator that he allegedly sent him several secret propaganda films designed to attract new recruits. The videos were used, say investigators, to convince British Muslims to undergo jihad training at camps in Afghanistan and Bosnia.

The tapes and e-mails were obtained by Glen Jenvey, a 38-year-old freelance counterintelligence investigator from Wiltshire, over a period of more than a year. As the evidence flowed in, Jenvey forwarded it to the FBI, which is now building a case to extradite Hamza to America.

Ah, these plucky infidels and their personal home computers. This is playing dirty, and I advocate it strongly....

Hamzas (real name Mustapha Kemal) videos were on sale at Londosns Finsbury Park Mosque last year for about $15 a copy to fund the global jihad. They made it onto the net and I saw several on jihadi sites including one Al Qaeda one that have since had their plugs pulled. There were videos of jihadis cutting thier captives heads off, attacking Russian troops in Chechnya, training in Afghanistan and Bosnia and of slaves of Islam performing other religious duties of the "Religion of Peace ™ © ® "

Many of the online sources that are still around have removed the graphic stabbing, beating, head smashing and decapitation videos but the James Ujaama video and a few others are still around. A couple of good (non-jihadi) links are Johnathan Galt Films and Aarons excellent site.

"Freelance counterintelligence investigator"???

The man's a self-employed spy!

Posted by: TBox at July 24, 2003 11:49 AM

I'm sorry, I can't stop laughing about this.

It is a distinct possibility that this guy was just some crank who started this Islamic site as a joke, and when he got emailed recruitment videos, had this epiphany where he said, "Holy shit! What do I do with this crap?" and finally decided to get in touch with the FBI.

OTOH, he could be a highly competent, highly trained retired gov't agent whose decided to continue in his former field. I don't really know.

But it makes me laugh up and down the aisle nonetheless.

I wonder how he fills out his tax forms.

Posted by: TBox at July 24, 2003 11:54 AM

hi. to be fair i don't have to pay tax as a spy its all tax free! i first worked for the sri lankan secret service called the N.I.B.S. abit for russia, india, yemen, and a fw others.. spies dont pay tax. and can find anything that is said about them... GOD BLESS AMERICA! by the way abu hamza should be in american jail soon glen!

Posted by: glen jenvey at July 24, 2003 12:18 PM

Glen... if youre for real.. good job. The more people that are out there busting the jihadis the better. If noting else, it gives their organizations a good "airing" and it makes them think twice about who they can trust. This plays havoc with the jihadi recruitment.

But TBox does have a point about the taxes.. I happen to have been close to a few in the intel community and know that spies pay tax. Even if its filed under their "cover" jobs.

Posted by: USF at July 24, 2003 12:24 PM

hi spies do not pay tax. i remember sat with the senior russian naval attache a few years ago having a drink. and a suite case runner came into the embassy at kensington palace gardens london. this person was selling the whole of the british armed forces and civil services tax records. while i was having a drink.up-set good whiskey! their did notbuy it as they all already have it! so spies dont pay tax.in my circles cash but not as much in the movies... by the way abu hamza mob has sent hundreds of death threats already to me and im a police witness this must be against the law and he should be arrested? can anyone advice on british law on jihadi's threating a police offical witness can he be arrested...?glen

Glen, I realize this seems like an unofficial forum, and you don't necessarily feel compelled to put a lot of thought into what you write, but good written composition skills are respected everywhere. I'm afraid I'm having troubles understanding you.

Posted by: TBox at July 24, 2003 12:56 PM

english is not my best subject. but look at this link and you understand why abu hamza call's my sites mossad on the internet http://groups.yahoo.com/group/zincisrael/messages/52 bu the way not just russian i know most of the military attache in london and most arab one's are waiting for abu hamza terrorists refugees to return home for trail and death!

Oh, good. You're foreign. I was afraid you were one of America's undereducated irresponsible youths. I suppose every nation gets them.

Posted by: TBox at July 24, 2003 01:06 PM

Carefully reading your story, I note that, whether spies pay taxes or not, they still fill out tax forms, even if the bottom line is "0." If this were not the case, the complete tax records could neither prove nor disprove your point.

It's all a little irrelevant, but fun to think about.

i think this link should work. if it does when i worked for the sri lankan in 1995 israel was a friend to the sri lankan army. i hope i hope have been able to help you all back expose a evil terrorists sat in london.the message here posted on 10th july like i told the israeli military attache on sept 12th was a true warning of danger about abu hamza. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/zincisrael/messages/52 it warned on july the 10th of al-qaeda internet sites, banking, members in london .may-be i will be better understood next time.and america will listen to israel about these terrorists...sorry about my spelling

Glen. Spies pay tax! I know CIA officers... one was a station chief. I will not reveal his post or cover job, but as you should know, these things are "open secrets" in the intel community and many are given cover jobs in US Embassies overseas. They paid tax.

Lets break it down further... CIA officers pay tax... and agents (recruited locals) may get paid in cash or favors, but if its cash, they are better off "accounting for their income" in some way so that they do not arouse suspicion like Ames.

About the death threats... Ive had a crap load from the jihadis too. Dont know that much about Brit law, but my guess is they will not do anything unless the jihadis physically harm you. But thats just a guess. Is this just email threats (reporting it just gets the users email cancelled) or any other form?

Posted by: USF at July 24, 2003 01:14 PM

Oh, byw, if you get any good info on jihadi sites send them to Aaron at http://haganah.us/haganah/index.php

Posted by: USF at July 24, 2003 01:20 PM

Glen is in the UK, whose tax laws may be different.

The link I think you're going for, Glen, is
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/zincisrael/message/52

No 's' at the end of messages.

Your spelling is fine; it's your grammar that could use work. But even if it takes more effort on my part than normal, I can read and understand it, which is all I can reasonably expect of people who have English as a secondary language. In fact, knowing it's your second language, I think you're doing a damn fine job with your english. It's those natives who are too lazy to keep up with English as their primary language that make me angry.

Posted by: TBox at July 24, 2003 01:23 PM

Glen... you can also download a website copier here and stick the whole site onto a CD in case they delete stuff you want as evidence.

Posted by: USF at July 24, 2003 01:34 PM

.. that is... if youre planning on busting any more jihadi sites in the future.

Posted by: USF at July 24, 2003 01:35 PM

Not only do they not pay tax, it looks like they dont keep secrets anymore either.

Hey,

How do I get into the spy bidness? I already have the James Bond wristwatch, minus the detonator switch, of course.

Posted by: Elvis at July 28, 2003 12:32 AM

Elvis.. first things first... stop yelling about it all over the internet! hehe.

Now go see "Q" about that nice Aston Martin...

Posted by: USF at July 28, 2003 02:46 PM

I think if you go into Q's workshop, his replacement will tell you, "And now for something completely different."
Man, I miss Desmond Llewellyn.

Glen was actually in psychiatric hospitals or in psychiatric services during the times he has reported to have been employed by various organisations.
Yes, fight terrorism but keep it in perspective. Surely this all deviates from the true cause.

That’s an interesting comment, but it’s totally meaningless unless you can prove it. Can you do that?
