Iraq-Turkey Oil Pipeline Operational in 48 Hours
BAGHDAD (Reuters) - The main oil pipeline from Iraq to Turkey is expected to be back in working condition within 48 hours after it was hit by fire and explosions caused by a gas leak, a U.S. military spokesman said on Saturday. " YESTERDAY IT SAID, "Residents questioned by AFP at the nearby Al-Amin coffeeshop said the pipeline had been attacked by Iraqis using explosives.
When this story was posted on the 13th, I said Boots&Coots was on it, because it was ablaze. Fire was put out, and Brown & Root were on it, in all of 10 seconds. Geeesh. How much revenue did they burn on that one? The cost of a suicide vest? I can see this 'foreign fighter' arunnin' up to the pipe and holdin' on, just long enough for his friend Mahmut to do the run-up and pull the pin thingy. Were there any casualties? ROFLMAO.
