US Iraq Chief Heads North

US administrator Paul Bremer headed to northern Iraq today after announcing a host of new measures in a bid to restore order, but political moves have been put off and the economic plight of ordinary Iraqis appears to be worsening.

That's funny. I saw a bunch of them being paid! (believe it was NBC I was watching) Although I'm sure the ones who aren't working probably have a problem and those who are working are only getting minimum wage.
