‘Queen of clubs’ surrenders in Baghdad
MSNBC The head of Saddam Hussein’s Special Republican Guard turned himself into U.S.-led forces in Baghdad early Saturday, officials said. Gen. Kamal Mustafa al-Tikriti, No. 10 on the most-wanted list of Iraqi officials, had reportedly been in Syria but returned.
