A prissy French diplomat is my guess.... ha ha They are just throwing this out to try to pressure the US into agreeing. A tactic which the US will just ignore...this story will go away in a day. I can't wait until the new interim Iraqi government declares all of Sadam's liabilities null and void! There will be a lot of whine with their cheese then, and Putin will get what he deserves...the devious bastard!
