'Mrs. Anthrax' Surrenders to U.S. Military

From FOXNews.com:

Huda Salih Mahdi Ammash, known as "Mrs. Anthrax," has turned herself in to U.S. authorities in Iraq. Ammash is the "Five of Hearts" of the deck of cards portraying 55 members of Iraq's most wanted.

Ammash was a top scientist in Iraq's biological weapons program and was a member of Saddam's ruling Baath party.

No, this is not Dr. Germ...eher is an excerpt from the linked article:

"Ammash and al-Hindawi are among Iraq's top weapons scientists. Others include Amir al-Saadi, a chief chemical weapons researcher, and Dr. Rihab Taha, a woman who was dubbed "Dr. Germ" by inspectors."
