Bush: Combat Operations Over In Iraq

From VOA:

President Bush has declared an end to major combat operations in Iraq, but says the war on terror continues.

In a televised speech from the deck of a U.S. aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln Thursday, Mr. Bush said coalition forces now are engaged in securing and rebuilding Iraq.
