CNN: Marines Thwart Suicide Bomb Attempt In Baghdad

Walt Rodgers is reporting on CNN TV that US Marines have stopped and disarmed a "civilian" in Baghdad who was carrying a black briefcase full of explosives and armed to explode. He also cites a conversation with a Marine officer who says they are finding instances of paramilitaries equipping children's toys as explosives.

He says "any western target is always a target of opportunity for someone who wants to kill themselves ... and take western blood."
