Bulgaria ready to do business

If France or Russia gets a dime out of the reconstruction, I'm going to be ill. Give it all to the Eastern Europeans and the participating English-speaking countries. Let Poland cash in big-time (thanks, GROM).

Good! Bulgaria has lost money in the last few months as France and Russia broke contracts in retaliation for their stance on the war with Iraq. I hope the US doesn't forget that Bulgaria stood by us.

Last week I met a guy who works for a shoe company. Said they put a lot of manufacturing business in Bulgaria. The labor is cheap and the work is excellent. Very motivated workforce.
