Daily newspaper Jyllands-Posten claimed to have accompanied a team of Iraqis returning to Baghdad to aid Saddam Hussein in the war against the coalition forces, including two men who were Danish citizens.

According to the report, the two men, named only as 'Ibraham' and 'Ali' have lived in Denmark for many years, but have returned home to help 'repel the foreign invaders' - including Denmark.

'Ibraham' a Baghdad school teacher who fled to this country after the first Gulf War in 1991, said he felt the need to go home after feeling 'powerless' sitting on his sofa watching war images on TV every day. 'Ali,' who claims to have experienced the massive bombardment of Baghdad in 1991, said that despite living in Denmark for many years, he would be quite prepared to fight Danish troops on the battlefield if necessary.

The article immediately sparked controversy and heated discussion from experts about the legality of Danish-Iraqis fighting for the enemy.

Was it Einstein that said: "I think the Universe and human stupidity have no limits... I'm not completely sure about the Universe, though"?
