"Libyan- Italian talks on the Iraqi war"

From this:

Libya's secretary of the people's general committee for foreign relations and international cooperation Abdul Rahman Shalqam has discussed in a telephone call he made on Tuesday evening with the Italian foreign minister the "American- British aggression against Iraq." ...during the telephone call the [Shalqam called for the] UN and the international groups to shoulder their responsibilities to halt the aggression... Shalqam also discussed with Algeria's Minister of State For Foreign Affairs Abdul Aziz Balkhadem, in a telephone call on Tuesday the situation in Iraq.

Somewhat related, this article discusses Libya, the Sudan, and various European countries. "Plan for Iraqi oil fields would exclude businesses working with Iran" mentions that Italian companies might be affected.
