CNN correspondent Rym Brahimi reports that Red Cross doctors who visited a small hospital in a town south of Baghdad were shocked to find hundreds of injured, mostly women and children and a room containing hundreds of corpses that had been there at least 48 hours in "not very good condition, some dismembered." No word on the cause of this carnage and I was unable to find confirmation through other sources.
