Terror plots foiled
CNN State Department correspondent Andrea Koppel is reporting that US intelligence services have broken up two terror plots by Iraqi intelligence operatives. Update: Koppel further reports that one plot was in a Gulf country. The agents were found with explosive materials. There are suspicions of Iraqi agents active in 10 other countries.
