French Foreign Minister lectures London

Reuters reports that today Villepin is to give a lecture in London.

Update via SkyNews: With Jack Straw accompanying Mr Blair on his trip to the US there are thought to be no plans for another Foreign Office minister to meet Mr de Villepin while he is in Britain.
