al-Qaida Message to Iraqis
This is a few days old, but I don't recall it being posted before, so . . . NBC News has obtained a copy of a message from the al-Qaida terrorist network to Muslims in Iraq, a message that is, in effect, a military playbook on how to defeat Americans.It describes some Taliban tactics in Afganistan and recommends drawing our forces into a Vietnam-like quagmire.
