Before anyone feels compelled to take Mosley Braun seriously, consider whether the Sun Times has ever taken the Green Party or the Libertarians seriously. Okay, I can answer this one for you: they never have.

Whether your crusade is an environmentally friendly government with socialistic tendencies or limited government based on individual freedom, you will believe your cause is just. You just won't have the Sun-Times going along with you.

Mosley Braun isn't any less flakey than Ralph Nader or Harry Browne (she's got them both beat), and until the Sun-Times starts treating every long-shot equally, you can ignore its current pleas to consider the "serious" nature of Carol's quest.
