Any ideas on how would replace Dr. Rice at the NSC? Might be an interesting office to watch to get a sense of how the Bush administration plans to go from here.

“it’s about time for Bush to go mano mano with Chirac” Bush ain’t going anywhere near Paris. And that puss will never personally challenge anyone. He’s a coWard and has some KA lackey to do it for him. Send one of his bootlikkers and see how far they get. Condi is in way over her head. It’ll only be more of the same Bush-extension alienation of non-US, non-elite, non-corporatists. Y’all are dreaming.

Let’s get real. What do we need Europe for anyway? We run the world with a little (and I mean real little) help from friends Blair, Howard and Putin. For that matter, why are we going to any foreign countries? Order them to come here…to the White House. Change your appointments.

Oh, oh almost forgot. We have another friend, Allawi—Mr. No-Civilian-Deaths-in-Fallujah. Close relative to Baghdad Bob.

Dubyus, what Bush is doing makes perfect sense. If this were a business, why would my boss pay me for refusing to support him?

Here’s a newsflash, Bush won. And during his campaign he clearly said what he meant. So now he’s going to retool and of course he’s going to select people to support him.

I guess this is so obvious that the more nuanced among us simply miss it.

Why the F word would Bush nominate people for HIS cabinet that didn’t support his agenda? Doesn’t he get enough dissent from the opposition party?

What part of this is too complex for you dubyus?

Would that paragon of virtue, Billy Bobb Bubbah nominate someone for a critical cabinet post because they didn’t agree with his policies? Did he select Madeline Albright because she disagreed with him?

Hello? hello?

of course anybody who agrees with the boss is a bootlicker in the parallel universe that dubyus inhabits.

So sad.
