California | No Suprises Expected in California

Leading off, Kerry takes California and Boxer retains her seat…so far. Still a lot of votes to be counted.

Estimates on California issues look like this:
Prop A has majority, but needs 2/3rds.
Prop O will pass.
Prop 68 will fail.
Prop 70 will fail.
Prop 71 will pass.
Prop 72 too close at this point.
