Bush | Bush's Lead Narrows To 1 In Reuters/Zogby Daily Tracking Poll
Bloomberg reports that President Bush and Kerry are statistically tied in the Reuters/Zogby Daily Tracking Poll: Bush 48% - Kerry 46% UPDATE: The post was supposed to read “Bush 48 Kerry 46,” not “Bush 48 Kerry 47.” I have corrected the post. I wish to thank TCP reader dickmr for pointing out the error. From California Yankee. Posted by Dan Spencer at October 28, 2004 12:01 PM | TrackBack Comments
Why does this post state Bush 48 Kerry 47, but in the report it shows Bush 48 Kerry 46?!!!! I have found a lot of misleading stories on these polls…when a person is running ahead by two percent it should be stated…the title should not be ‘statistically tied’!!! Also the story shows the Zogby results from the year 2000, but Zogby’s results for today are out and Bush is up by 2+. Kerry is gonna get such a big schlacking on Tuesday and the MSM is gonna look like Gibson did on Good Morning America this morning, when Curt Schilling said ‘vote Bush’. Gibson looked like he just swallowed a snake and the poor lib’s face was drained of blood. Just in time for Halloween!! Half of the pollsters will be out of business in a year…those that hire them want accuracy and not bias, so when they are wrong in their projections those who hire them will look for more accurate providers. Thats why you see Zogby moving closer to the populations actual feelings, since he is hired by Reuters; the world’s largest news organization. If he misses the target he will be out on his ass!!
