CNN reports that President Bush and Kerry, are about even among likely and registered voters in the latest CNN/USA Today/Gallup poll.

Likely Voters
Bush 49%
Kerry 49%
Nader 1%

Registered Voters
Bush 49%
Kerry 47%
Nader 1%

It’s so funny to have the endless polling credited to an endless list of news orgs., as if that made the results more meaningful…

I’d love to see some polling of people who have never voted in a presidential election before. It would be doubly-special nice if those who’ve never voted before, but will vote this time, made up enough to push our total turnout to something over 40%. Imagine!
