Actually, that was from his show last Friday, I think. He is probably interviewing him tonight or tomorrow during the day with the interview showing tomorrow, 21 Sep 8 ET and rerun at 11 ET.

Badnarik’s numbers are rising in the polls. http://www.zogby.com/news/ReadNews.dbm?ID=867, and he is polling 2% in Colorado to keep the race close.
