| Kerrying Tashkent

AP: Kerry supporters from the small American expat community in Uzbekistan recently held a fundraiser.

Seeking to “Kerry Tashkent,” dozens of expatriates and locals gathered in the Uzbek capital on Saturday for a fundraising party to support Senator John Kerry in this year’s U.S. presidential election.

Staged at a private home, about 100 attendees gave suggested $10 donations and bought drinks and T-shirts, the proceeds for which were to be forwarded to the Democrat’s campaign.

Organizers also offered information on absentee voting and voter registration.

Among the items for sale were a T-shirt featuring a locally available detergent named “Barf” with U.S. President George W. Bush’s picture on the box, beneath the slogan, “Another Four Years?”

“Barf” means “snow” in Persian languages.

Many of the expatriates at the event said they felt the world had taken an increasingly negative view of the United States during Bush’s presidency, something especially poignant for Americans living abroad.

Though I didn’t live there for very much of his presidency, I never experienced any change in the generally positive Uzbek attitude towards Americans after Bush’s election. (Hat tip: Alisher Mirzabaev for The Argus)

Al gore says, “turn your anger into kerry votes”

In other words, don’t vote for the right person.

I think Micheal Moore is right. Americans ARE the dumbest people on the planet.

I support Bush, and hope he wins, Not just because he’s doing the right thing on this “war on terrorism”, Or more to the point, “war on “fundamental Islam”.
I hope he wins because he’s the better man. He’s honest, and over all, has done good for the economy. He also has the countries best interests in mind, whereas the Democrats haven’t a clue what’s going on in the world.

Soon the bottom will fall out of the markets, and we will have a serious depression, Some say it may be 10 times worse than the dirty thirties.

Is a tax and spend (and Liar) like John Kerry going to help anyone?
No.
What you need to realize is that Europe will collapse economicaly faster than the USA will, because 90% of Europe’s economy is dependant on the USA.
Oil is expected to hit $50-80 a barrel, and despite what the loony left says, the USA only imports 12% of it’s oil from the Mid east, while Europe imports Much more of that, with a growth rate of Mid east oil dependancy doubling that of the USA.
Those are the realities.

Maybe people should be asking the Democrats how they are going to handle a economic collapse, and where they will get this day dream of “universal health care” money from, and all the other tax and spend promises the loony left, who expects the working man to pay for.

Bush will continue the war during this time, which will create the spin off jobs.
Kerry won’t.

As in Michigan, the call to prayer will be screamed out across America.
I can hardly wait to see this. never mind teasing the French about surrendering to the Muslim fundamentalist invasion, The same thing is happening in the USA, and not a shot has been fired.

Allahu akbar

Your grandchildren will be muslims.

Of course, I don’t want to see that happen, but, when you support the enemy, thats what you get.
Good going lefty’s. Anyone, and anything but Bush is exactly what you will get.
What you don’t realize is that it will be anything but freedom as well.
