I’ve heard that a lot of Democrats are dissatisfied with Kerry, but this is definately unexpected.

DK finally got a date. You don’t expect him to quit now? He might get another. A demonrat that doesn’t smoke and carries cigars with him. You figure it out.

Yep he’s still at it. No hope in hell for the presidential election, obviously. But the point of this, at least I hope—lest my campaign donation be wasted, is to bolster an upcoming Senatorial bid.

ok, ep2k

I think he’s pretty much a flake, but as a sincere flake who believes and is committed to the points he campaigns on I respect him. It will be curious if he will have any pull and say at the convention. While he seems committed to the Democrat party, I wonder how many of his hard-core anti-war supporters will go over to Nader if Kerry espouses a strong Iraq engagement policy. It certainly puts him in a hard place, having to choose appeal to hard-core constituency or courting independent cross-over voters.

Sadly, I live but two districts over from this nitwit. All the solid safe seats of the peace love drugs woodstock fringe of the democratic party in Ohio seem to live close to cleveland and the lake.

And Dennis is, alas, simply the role model for some of the others. I used to live in the district of Sherrod Brown, who never heard a lefty slogan he didn’t like.

And the of course there’s the absolutely classless Stephanie Tubbs-Jones who is living proof that a person can in fact be educated beyond thier intelligence. A real paradox, this one and an embarrassment.

Now I live in the District of Marcy Kaptor. Never heard of her? Not surprising, she’s a party line democrat who keeps her nose clean and only introduces legislation designed to circumvent the environmental rules that make it difficult for manufacturing in her district. not a complete WOMBAT but still a vote for the left side of the aisle.

There is a tradition in Cleveland: each former mayor has his portrait painted and hung in the hallways. Everybody but Dennis. Nobody would donate the money it would take to make this happen, Shocking, no? It’s finally getting done but years and years too late.

Denny Kucinich?

Man o man - I mean, what kind of moron looks at J Freakin’ Kerry, listens to him caterwaul, investigates his voting record in the senate, etc, etc and says

“Nope! NOT CRAZY ENOUGH!”

Answer me that…

I seriously considered photographing all the houses in Portland that had Kucinich signs on the lawn and recording the addresses. I figured that there was a killing to be made on Real Estate after the competancy hearings declared the owners a danger to themselves.
