Bush | Bush Push May Cost Churches Tax Breaks

The Chicago Tribune / AP reports that the Bush campaign is trying to enlist supporters from 1,600 religious congregations in Pennsylvania … an effort that could cost those churches their tax status.

Admittedly, if those congregations choose to be involved … well, it’s a choice, isn’t it?

And this is different from “The Reverend” Jessie Jackson’s screeching from the pulpit how?

What Brian said. Bunch of hypocrites.

HEY, what the hell ever happened with the REVEREND Alfonso Sharpton. I can’t wait until they let that sucker jive up the democrat convention…..he’s worth at least $25 million in advertising for Bush! He is a grown up example of what Bill Cosby was talking about, and getting beat up by the illiterates. I hope they get a few camera shots of Hillary and Bill yucking it up to some of Al’s witticisms against the white middle class! What fun!!

If all the churches do it, then tax them all.

Simple.

I agree with Don. THis would solve a lot of problems. Phony churchs would disappear, etc.
