| Edwards Courting the Deaniacs
Sen. John Edwards will hold a conference call Saturday with organizers from the Howard Dean campaign in 12 states to discuss “ways we can work with their grassroots organization,” campaign spokeswoman Jenni Engebretsen said Friday.

Thursday, Dean’s organization in Minnesota recommended that its activists back Edwards, after meeting separately with Edwards, Kerry and Kucinich. A senior Edwards aide said his campaign also is trying to win the endorsement of Dean organizations in Georgia, New York and Ohio.

Update: It looks like the flock is heading over to Edwards’s camp already:

a group of former Howard Dean supporters gathered Saturday in front of a statue of George Washington in Manhattan’s Union Square Park to throw their support behind Edwards.

“Howard Dean gave us hope. Now, John Edwards can help us fulfill our dream of taking this country back,” said Alex Munoz, a moderate Republican who had helped lead the Dean effort in New York. “John Edwards has demonstrated a unique ability to appeal to independent voters. We are here to join forces and defeat George Bush.”

Obviously John Edwards doesn’t want to win if he is so readily willing to rely on the very same people who are ‘FULL OF HATRED’ that they forgot to figure out what Howard Dean’s stances are on various issues.

These people have no clue what Edwards is for or against. They only nod their heads and smile and wave signs based on what Edwards says rather than on an intelligent record of his political career.
