| Dean to endorse Edwards? --Drudge
Okay, granted this is very preliminary, and granted it’s Drudge. But I’ve been a lonely voice in the wilderness for several weeks saying Edwards should seek Dean’s endorsement (even if it it requires offering him the VP slot), and now Drudge is reporting: “DEAN DISTANT THIRD, STAFFERS SUGGEST POSSIBLE EDWARDS ENDORSEMENT…” I can’t help but wonder: could it really happpen? Fox implies Dean is going to drop out on Thursday. Posted by Brendan at February 17, 2004 09:50 PM | TrackBack Comments
Surely Dean has enough hatred towards Kerry after having his extreme “leftist message” stolen by him. He may view a Edwards endorsement as a way to pay him back. But simular to your “voice in the wilderness” my voice says Dean is going the Independent route to reward his “Deaniacs.” This despite the fact the “Deaniacs” refused to leave the warm confort of their home in Iowa to support him. To busy listening to MP3’s, and playing with their IPod’s I would guess. Posted by: Cranial at February 18, 2004 09:25 AM Post a comment
