Kerry | Live from Fairfax...

BrendanLoy.com Washington & Virginia Correspondent Dane Lindberg reports: “Kerry did a great job of energizing and controlling a crowd that was already full of energy. … Kerry has a terrific amount of energy and momentum heading into Super Tuesday, and you really felt that momentum and energy tonight.” He also notes the crowd was “less well-dressed” that at the Lieberman event he attended last week. Heh. Much more here.

Yeah, but he’s a shapeshifter, the sleazebag. last week he was a corpse behind the podium. Now he’s doing “a great job of energizing and controlling a crowd”. Flip flopper!

did you catch the picture with the sign “We love Teresa”? Ann Coulter says that John’s a gigolo, so THK must be a prostitute. Ouch! Ann, there are kids in the room. Remember - “Focus on the Family!” Let’s not get off message.

Bush/Cheney; Harken/Halliburton…bringing new meaning to “the buck stops here.”

Kerry is a nut case. What we see here is group-think and mob hysteria straight out of Psych 101 and SOC 110. He certainly isn’t going to get my vote, particulary after reading stuff like this…

Primaries are officially (unofficially) over. The Bush Campaign has begun and Kerry’s playtime is now over. This just surfaced, interview from 1970:

http://www.thecrimson.com/article.aspx?ref=352185

My hippy detector is already into the red.

“Kerry said that the United Nations should have control over most of our foreign military operations. “I’m an internationalist. I’d like to see our troops dispersed through the world only at the directive of the United Nations.”

On other issues, Kerry wants “to almost eliminate CIA activity. The CIA is fighting its own war in Laos and nobody seems to care.” He also favors a negative income tax and keeping unemployment at a very low level, “even if it means selective economic controls.”“

This is from 1970 for the record, just so theres no confusion. But personally i’d rather have had my president gettin loaded and partying back then than spewing this kind of neo-commie crap.

What does the word ‘Brahmin’ mean in reference to Kerry’s family or connections?

Posted by: Cap'n DOC at February 11, 2004 04:39 PM

Cap’n
Brahmin is the highest class in the caste system in India—priests. Caste system also includes warriors, craftsmen, peasants and outcasts. Based on the Hindu religion.

so in context of Kerry, Brahmin = hoity toity; old rich. don’t think that there is a religious context here.

Actually, although Kerry is very snooty,
he DOES NOT really belong to that social
class.

Jewish people have their own society in
many cases but Kerry only has Jewish
ancestors on one side.

He is tecnically NOT a “Brahmin” in Boston
society.
