| Kerry Picks up Big N.H. Endorsement
Reuters:
Democratic presidential hopeful John Kerry, whose once-faltering campaign for nomination has rebounded in both Iowa and New Hampshire, won an endorsement on Sunday from one of New Hampshire's leading newspapers.
The Sunday edition of the Concord Monitor, the state capital's hometown daily, recommended the Massachusetts senator to its readers as the Democratic candidate most likely to unseat President Bush in this year's November election.
"Only Sen. John Kerry of Massachusetts has well-reasoned and rock-solid answers to every question, foreign or domestic," said the Concord newspaper's politically moderate editorial board. "Kerry is prepared to take office tomorrow."
